JobTrainer Fund


Are you passionate about early learning and interested in becoming a qualified Early Childhood Educator? Now is the time to enrol!


The Australian Governments is partnering with state and territory governments to deliver the JobTrainer Fund. The JobTrainer Fund supports job seekers, school leavers and young people to access the skills and training they need to find work and explore new work opportunities available in Queensland.


JobTrainer Fund eligibility requirements


In order to undertake training through the JobTrainer Fund program, prospective students must meet the following eligibility criteria:



What is the definition of a job seeker? A job seeker means an individual aged 15 years or older who is: out of work; or in receipt of income support payments.

What is the definition of a school leaver or young person? A school leaver or young person means an individual who is aged 17-24 years, regardless of employment status.

If you are eligible your Certificate III will be fully funded by the Queensland Government.


The JobTrainer Fund is for a limited time - All training must be completed by 30 June 2022 and limited spaces are available.


Study with CAECE under JobTrainer Fund

Thanks to the new JobTrainer Fund, the CHC30112 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is now FREE to eligible CAECE students!


This training will include onsite classroom or external based study options. Onsite classes are commencing March 2021. External students can begin their studies now.
