Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113)

The CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is an entry level qualification delivered through workplace based training.

It teaches the skills and knowledge required to provide care for individuals and groups of children. Students will learn how to plan activities to facilitate children's play to support children's wellbeing, learning and development. The qualification also teaches students to support the implementation of an approved learning framework.

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113)

The CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is a qualification delivered through workplace based training.

It teaches the skills and knowledge required to be responsible for supervising others in an early childhood education and care environment.  Students will learn to plan, implement and manage programs in accordance with legislative requirements. The qualification equips students with the knowledge to manage a children’s service to address regulations and quality assurance.

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113)

Early Childhood Teacher Bridging Program

The Early Childhood Teacher Bridging Program is a fast track pathway for registered primary school teachers to complete the CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care enabling them to work in early childhood education and care. The recognition of the Bridging Program is in place for any person who completes the program before the end of 2019 (current as at 26 September 2018).
